Clinical Hypnotherapy & Counselling is the main stay of management within this setting specifically tailored to meet your health and well being needs.
Prior to commencing Hypnotherapy you will be assessed for suitability. Not all clients are suitable for Hypnotherapy, those not suitable can still experience and benefit from Relaxation Therapy following Counselling.
Your journey starts with indepth counselling in a safe and confidential environment; exploring both, the physical and the psychological issues which are of concern to you. If appropriate and with your consent you will experience both Relaxation Therapy progressing along into Hypnotherapy specifically tailored to your needs. And to complete the experience you will comfortably relax in a massage chair while I plan and document your progress.
